Mike Raper became president of JRI in September of 1994. He graduated from Indiana University with a Business Degree and has worked for JRi since 1982.

Jill Raper-Marshman is VP of operations and sales technician for the company. She is the daughter of Jack Raper and became a full-time in employee in 1986 after receiving her college degree from Ball State University.

Chuck Apple manages Indiana territory as a salses engineer. Chuck has 35 total years in the manufacturing industry as a cnc operator, manufacturing supervisor, and sales engineer. He was hired by JRI in December 2007..

Victor Stuffel is Warehouse Manager/Customer Service Rep and started in May of 1991.

Lillian Connelly is our part time Receptionist and started working for us in December of 1996. Lillian answers the phone and does all the filing of records.
