On behalf of the Jack Raper Industrial Supply family, I am pleased and excited to announce the merger of the Jack Raper Industrial Supply Company operations with the Quality Mill Supply Company, effective 8 August 2011.

Our father, Jack Raper started this company over 38 years ago and since that time we have developed many great customer and vendor friendships which have developed into long lasting, dependable business relationships. We are proud to continue to do so working under Quality Mill Supply and are excited to be joining forces with the Quality Mill team. Dad, Mike and I have truly appreciated your support and loyalty through the years and look forward to sharing the advantages of this new venture with you.

As many of you know, our father, Jack Raper worked for Quality Mill Supply for several years before starting his own company in 1979. We have always considered Quality Mill Supply a respected and friendly competitor which made this merger a smart choice for both Companies.

Our merger into Quality Mill Supply secures a promising future for the Jack Raper Industrial Supply family. As part of the merger, Vic and Amanda will now be working out of Quality Mill Supply, Muncie, Indiana and I will continue to be your outside salesperson. The merger with Quality Mill will give you access to an increased array of services, vendors, and secondary specialists all while working with the same great people. Through Quality Mill you will have an even larger breadth of products available, including safety supplies, general industrial supplies and others.
